Melanie has spent her career focusing on strategic sourcing and executive search across Africa in the financial services arena. She has consulted at the corporate board level and has been accountable for attracting, selecting, assessing, appointing and retaining key skills into multinationals globally. She understands recruitment from end to end across global matrix models.

Melanie provides overall leadership at the firm and works with clients and the internal candidate team to deliver the company’s results.
